DELIVERY INFORMATION - UNITED KINGDOM

All orders are packed in-house and dispatched using Royal Mail First Class Post. We aim to send out all orders no later than the next working day by Royal Mail First Class Post except for our 'Handmade in Wales' category which will be sent out within 3-5 working days. It's more problematic getting to the Post Office in rural Pembrokeshire! Don't forget delivery is free delivery on ALL orders withing the United Kingdom!

NEXT DAY DELIVERY - UNITED KINGDOM

If you need delivery more quickly, no problem. Please email to advise when placing your order together with a contact telephone number. We will be in touch to arrange Special Delivery which is a guaranteed next day delivery service. There is an additional Royal Mail charge for this service dependent upon the weight of the item(s) ranging between £6.85p and £11.15p which will be your responsibility and payment taken prior to processing your order. Please note a signature will be required at your end so if necessary the delivery address can be amended when we speak.

DELIVERY INFORMATION - OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM

We charge a flat rate of £12.00 for delivery outside of the United Kingdom irrespective of the value or number of items in the order. This rate is correct as of the 1st of May 2022.
