Returns Policy

OUR POLICY

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by our returns policy.

OUR COMMITMENT

We really appreciate and value your custom. We do not want you to be dissatisfied with any purchase made or the service we provide so our aim is always to deal with any difficulties however arising without making an unnecessary fuss, fairly and within a reasonable timescale.

OUR MISTAKE

Despite our very best efforts to ensure you get the gifts ordered, in perfect condition and on time things can occasionally go wrong at our end or during delivery by the carriers we use. When our fault, the difficulties will be put right at our expense explained more fully below.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please notify us by email no later than 14 days following receipt of your order including your name and invoice number. Matters cannot be considered beyond this period. Please detail the item(s) and damage suffered. A photograph and contact telephone number would greatly assist. You may be asked to return the item(s) within 30 days but this would be at our expense. A prepaid returns label will be provided for you to pop into your local Post Office to return the item(s). A replacement will be sent or a refund made within 14 days following receipt.

 

INCORRECT OR MISSING ITEMS

Please notify us by email no later than 14 days following receipt of your order including your name and invoice number. Matters cannot  be considered beyond this period. Please detail the item(s) sent in error or missing. A contact telephone number would greatly assist. If the return of the incorrect item(s) is requested a prepaid returns label will be provided for you to pop into your local Post Office to return the item(s). A replacement will be sent or a refund made within 14 days or no later than 14 days following receipt where return of the item(s) is requested.

 

CUSTOMER ERROR

If after placing your order you realise any details given are incorrect or you wish to cancel the order please email immediately to advise including your name and invoice number. A contact telephone number would greatly assist. If notified prior to dispatch the intended order, where the item(s) were incorrectly ordered, can be confirmed, any payment adjustment made and delivery arranged. Alternatively, the order can cancelled if no longer required. The order placed will be delivered if already processed prior to receipt of notification.

The return of cancelled item(s) is at your risk and cost. The item(s) must be received unopened and in a resellable condition with no signs of damage and in original and complete packaging to allow a refund which will be made within 14 days of receipt. Cancellations cannot be accepted for personalised, customised or bespoke hand made item(s) if already in production.
